    1. Operators who have undergone rigorous training and are proficient in the use and maintenance techniques must be selected for on-board work.

    2, operators should not wear fat clothing, wearing decorative items, use protective helmets, goggles, safety boots, gloves and other protective equipment as needed. The cuffs and waist circumference need to be tightened to avoid the dangerous situation of being caught and involved by the CNC bus machine.

    3. Always perform inspections before starting work. Check whether the anti-retracting bolts of the punching plate are tightened; whether the bolts of the upper and lower plates are loosened; the bending die is installed firmly.

    4. Fully consider the setting of the working range on the basis of the movement of the CNC busbar equipment and the busbar row, and the unrelated personnel should not enter the range during operation. In order to avoid problems, it is recommended to use protective devices such as safety fences and support brackets.

    5. After the equipment is started, the machine will run for 15 minutes in the winter and 5 minutes in the summer, and then work.
